10年間務めたインターナショナルスクールでチャイルドエデュケーターの資格を取り、アシスタントティーチャーとしても現場で子どもたちの成長のお手伝いをしてきました。
プライベートでは3人の子供を育てていくうえで、『子どもたちが英語を話せたら』また、子どもたち自身が話せたらいいなという気持ちでインターナショナルスクールに通わせてきました。そんな思いを形にしたいと、2019年4月LAULE’A INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLを開校しました。国内では、英語を完全にインプットする仕組みは整っておりますが、アウトプットする場（機会・相手）が少なく、長年英会話スクールに通ってもしゃべれないまま大人になってしまっている人が多くいます。また、ライフコンサルタントの資格を生かし、事務長として一人一人（各家族）に会ったプランを紹介し、小規模・少人数クラスのメリットを最大限に提供できるよう日々保護者の方、来校者の方の対応をしております。

I have done my graduate and post-graduate program on Public Administration from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Also, I have done my Second Masters on Educational Development and School Improvement from Institute of Educational Development (IED), BRAC University. I was a Teach For Bangladesh fellow of the 2019 cohort. I am very lucky to pursue my passion for Education which is key to shaping the mindset of future Leaders. (My entire career can testify to it!). I believe that Education in a classroom is a two-way street where teachers and students both come together to learn from one another. My goal is to conduct holistic learning and student-led classrooms where students are actively learning and being in command and aware of their educational input.

My name is Ms. Ruth. I am a double major graduate from universities in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Before going here in Japan, I worked as an Assistant Store Manager at McDonald’s Philippines for three and a half years, where I developed strong leadership and communication skills.
I moved to Japan in 2011 and came to love the people and the culture. Currently, I’m working as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT). I am now in my 10th year of teaching in public Elementary School(s) in my city.
Teaching children has always been my passion and I enjoy creating fun and engaging lessons that make learning an enjoyable experience for them. I believe that through fun learning, kids become more confident, curious, and motivated to explore the world around them.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the American University of Afghanistan. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with several educational centers across Afghanistan, where I supported students in cultivating their confidence and fluency in English. Being immersed in academic environments and aiding students on their language-learning journeys has been both deeply meaningful and personally motivating for me. I am very enthusiastic about the opportunity at Laule’a School, where I hope to leverage my experience and passion to help students excel in their language development. I am eager to contribute—however modestly—to creating an encouraging and empowering environment in which learners can thrive and grow.

講師には、小学校教諭・幼稚園教諭・保育士の資格を持つ者がおりますので、安心してお任せください。
